Who we are
One company, nine disciplines, no hand-offs into a void
Softech Team is the trading name of Team Paragon (SMC-Private) Limited, a company registered with the SECP under company number 0294581 and based at 39 The Broadway, Paragon City, Lahore.
We were set up around a simple observation: most growing businesses need software, web, marketing and back-office capability well before they can justify hiring a full team in each at Western salaries. What usually happens instead is a scattering of freelancers and agencies who never speak to one another, and an owner spending their week translating between them.
We put those disciplines under one roof and one point of accountability. If the developer needs a design decision, they walk across the office. If the SEO work needs content, the marketing team is already writing it. The client does not have to be the integration layer.
