The work that has to be done accurately, and does not have to be done by you

Accurate data capture, product listings, list building and ongoing back-office support at offshore cost.

Data Entry & Back Office

Every business carries a layer of work that is essential, repetitive and a poor use of skilled people's time. We take that work on with a trained offshore team — accurately, on an agreed turnaround, and at a fraction of the cost of doing it in-house in the UK, US or Australia.

The work itself is rarely difficult. It is the volume and the consistency that defeat people. A backlog of invoices to key, four thousand products to list, a spreadsheet of leads that needs verifying, a mailbox that has to be triaged every morning — none of it is complicated, and all of it quietly consumes someone who should be doing something else.

We run this work with defined process documents, a named team, and a second pass on anything that matters. Accuracy is checked by sampling rather than assumed, and you get an agreed turnaround rather than a vague promise. Where the same task repeats every week, we document it once and it simply happens.

Engagements run either as a fixed-price project for a defined backlog, or as a monthly allocation of hours for ongoing work. Both start with a paid pilot batch so you can judge the quality before committing to volume.

Common questions

Data Entry & Back Office FAQs

How do you charge for this?

Either a fixed price for a defined backlog, or a monthly block of hours for ongoing work. Per-record pricing is possible once we have run a pilot and know the real rate of work.

How do we know the work will be accurate?

We agree an accuracy target in writing, verify by sampling every batch, and re-do anything that falls short at our cost. Every engagement starts with a small paid pilot so you can judge quality before scaling.

Can you work in our systems?

Yes — we work inside your CRM, store admin, accounting package or shared drive, using accounts you create and can revoke at any time.

How is our data protected?

We access only what the task requires, work to whatever confidentiality terms you set, and are happy to sign an NDA or data processing agreement before any data changes hands.

Can you cover our working hours?

We work 09:00–17:00 UTC, which covers most of the UK, Irish and European day and the US Eastern morning. For ongoing engagements we shift the team to match your timezone, including full US, Australian or New Zealand coverage.
