This website at softech.team is operated by Team Paragon (SMC-Private) Limited, trading as Softech Team ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered with the SECP under company number 0294581, with its office at 39 The Broadway, Paragon City, Lahore 54000, Pakistan.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms govern your use of the website itself. Services we deliver to clients are governed by the separate written agreement or proposal for that engagement, which takes precedence over these terms if the two conflict.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the site;

Work we produce for clients is dealt with in the engagement agreement for that work. Our standard position is that intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client on completion and settlement of the relevant fees.

5. Enquiries submitted through this site

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either party to proceed. We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day, but that is a target rather than a contractual commitment. Any engagement begins only once we have both signed, or otherwise agreed in writing, a proposal or agreement setting out the scope, timescale and fees.

Information you send us through this website should not include confidential material until an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is in place. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions.

6. Third-party links

Where this site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability arising from services we deliver under an engagement is governed by the limitations set out in the agreement for that engagement.

We do not guarantee that this website will be available uninterrupted or free from error. Access may be suspended temporarily and without notice for maintenance, repair or reasons beyond our control.
