Cookie Policy
Exactly which cookies this site sets, what each one is for, and how to control them.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site recognise your browser between page loads — which is how a site keeps you logged in, or knows that the form you are submitting came from the page it served you.
2. Which cookies we set
This site sets only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics that profile you across other websites.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
softech-team-session |
Maintains your session so that multi-step interactions, such as submitting the contact form and seeing the confirmation, work correctly. | Expires when you close your browser, or after 2 hours of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Security. Confirms that a form submission genuinely came from a page we served, protecting you against cross-site request forgery. | Same as the session cookie |
Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function securely, they do not require consent under the usual cookie rules. We do not show a consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
3. Third-party content
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request tells Google's servers your IP address and browser type, as any request for a file on the internet does, but it does not set a cookie on your browser and is not used by us for tracking.
If you follow a link from this site to a third-party website, that site's own cookie practices apply and we have no control over them.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser offers this under its privacy or security preferences. Be aware that blocking the cookies listed above will prevent our contact form from working, because the security check that protects the form depends on them.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
5. Changes to this policy
If we add any cookie beyond those listed above, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting it.
