We work 09:00–17:00 UTC, which is 11:00–19:00 German time in summer and 10:00–18:00 in winter — six to seven hours of overlap, covering your late morning through the end of your day.

Yes. We sign a data processing agreement incorporating standard contractual clauses for the international transfer.
How is VAT handled?
For B2B services from a non-EU supplier the reverse charge normally applies, but confirm your position with your tax adviser — we are not German tax advisers.
