The US is the market where the cost difference is starkest and the timezone gap widest. Our standard hours cover your Eastern morning; for Pacific coverage, or a full US afternoon, we shift the team rather than claim an overlap that does not exist.
Working hours
We work 09:00–17:00 UTC, which is 05:00–13:00 Eastern in summer and 04:00–12:00 in winter. That gives three to four hours across your morning. For Pacific clients, or where you need afternoon cover, we shift the team later.

Questions from US clients
How do you handle the time difference with the US?
We work 09:00–17:00 UTC, so we are live for the first three to four hours of your Eastern working day. For Pacific clients or afternoon cover we shift the team later on ongoing engagements.
Can you cover Pacific time?
On standard hours the Pacific overlap is about an hour at most, which is not enough and we say so. For ongoing engagements we shift the team later to cover your working day properly.
What tax paperwork do we need?
We can provide a completed W-8BEN-E confirming our status as a foreign entity. We are not US tax advisers, so confirm your own withholding position with your accountant.
Do you sign NDAs with US companies?
Yes, routinely, and we are happy to work under your standard supplier agreement.
Data protection in the US is governed by state privacy laws including the CCPA/CPRA in California. We are a technology supplier, not legal or tax advisers — confirm your own obligations with your adviser.
