Working hours
We work 09:00–17:00 UTC, which is 11:00–19:00 Dutch time in summer and 10:00–18:00 in winter — six to seven hours of overlap, covering your late morning through the end of your day.

Yes, with standard contractual clauses covering the transfer outside the EEA.
