An offshore team that works your hours, not the other way round
Offshore software, web, marketing and back-office teams for businesses in the UK.
The UK is our largest market, and the fit is close to perfect: through the winter our working day is identical to yours, and in summer it sits one hour later. A question asked mid-morning in London is almost always answered the same day.
Working hours
We work 09:00–17:00 UTC, which is 10:00–18:00 UK time in summer and exactly 09:00–17:00 in winter — seven to eight hours of overlap with a standard UK working day.
Why UK businesses work with an offshore team
- ✓Employer costs make UK hiring far dearer than the salary suggests — employer National Insurance, pension auto-enrolment, holiday, sick cover, equipment and recruitment fees all sit on top before anyone writes a line of code.
- ✓Recruitment takes months. Filling a developer or marketing role in the UK routinely runs two to four months from decision to first day. We can usually start within one to two weeks.
- ✓Demand fluctuates. Taking on a permanent hire for a six-month push means either carrying them afterwards or making a redundancy. An offshore team scales back without either.
The practical detail
| Invoicing | We invoice in GBP, so there is no exchange exposure on your side and the figure in the proposal is the figure on the invoice. |
| Contracting | We work as a supplier under our own contract or yours. Because we are a company rather than individual contractors, IR35 does not apply to the engagement. |
| Data protection | Working with us involves an international transfer, so we sign a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses where personal data is involved. |
| Communication | Written scope, weekly written updates and calls scheduled inside your working day, in English. |

Questions from UK clients
What time will your team be available?
We work 09:00–17:00 UTC. That is 10:00–18:00 your time in summer and 09:00–17:00 in winter, so seven to eight hours sit inside a normal UK working day.
Do you invoice in pounds?
Yes. We invoice in GBP and the quoted figure is what you pay — currency movement is our problem, not yours.
Does IR35 apply if we use you?
No. IR35 concerns individuals working through intermediaries. We contract as a company supplying a service, not as a disguised employee.
How do you handle UK GDPR?
We sign a data processing agreement incorporating standard contractual clauses to cover the international transfer, and we access only the data a piece of work actually requires.
Data protection in the UK is governed by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, regulated by the ICO. We are a technology supplier, not legal or tax advisers — confirm your own obligations with your adviser.
Working with a business in the UK?
Send us a short description of the problem and we will come back within one working day with a straight answer on whether we can help, roughly what it would take, and what it is likely to cost.
